surprisingly excellent stay
convenient location friendly staff fantastic view
The location was convenient, close to everything i needed. the staff were super friendly, always ready to help with a smile. my room also offered a fantastic view. I could see the city skyline from my window. the bed was really amazing!
The gym's cleanliness could use some improvement. I noticed a few areas needed better attention.

The hotel offers a fitness center, though i found it a bit small and not as clean as expected. Some equipment looked old. there is a spa, but i didn't use it .

the queen room included two queen beds, offering ample space, and the bedding was fresh. the room had necessary amenities like a coffee machine and a tv. it had a good view from the higher floor.

inadequate ventilation unchanged bedding
I found a couple of aspects less than satisfactory. the room's ventilation seemed inadequate. Even with the fan and ac running continuously, the air became stuffy when the door was closed (this was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable). also, i was surprised that the bedding was not changed during my four-night stay (i left the card on the bed as requested).

the location allowed easy access to local spots i wanted to see. i found the king suite sofa bed non-smoking to be a perfect room. i also appreciated the meticulous cleanliness i found .
